Today was officially my first day in the new office. When I began the process of moving from my old location to this new one, I was filled with trepidation. My biggest concern was not only being out by the deadline of my lease expiring, but to have the equipment moved expeditiously so that I would not miss a day in the office. Despite the fact that you reassured me it would be fine, I was doubtful.
I am writing to thank you for the seamless transition you and your staff provided. From the conception and rendering of architectural designs to the construction of the new space, your representatives conducted themselves professionally. Typically, dealing with the inspectors and township permits is arduous and time consuming; however, your company handled this with such ease and expediency. Your input in equipment selection was invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the look and function of my new operatories. Everything you said you would do you did; moreover, when there was a discrepancy regarding a quote for the xray equipment, you honored my understanding of what the cost should be. I believe your ethics to be beyond reproach. You are truly a man of your word.
It was such a great feeling having our patients come in today and marvel at the beauty of the new office. I feel you share in those compliments equally with my staff and myself. Please know that I will recommend you to my colleagues as well. You may certainly consider me a reference for your clientele. I have instructed my office manager to buy supplies exclusively from Tri-State Dental and to use you for our service needs as well. I wish you and your staff all the best in the future.

A very heartfelt thank you to everyone at TriState including Vinny, the techs (Donnie, Bobbie etc) and all supporting personnel for all your help and assistance in this journey to realizing our dream of owning a dental practice. And of course, for the beautiful orchids. I hope they thrive with me as the future unfolds.
As this part of our journey comes to an end, I look forward, with great anticipation, trepidation, anxiety and immense faith in God, that we have a beautiful, lucrative and successful partnership ahead.
And to all the reps and companies including Hufriedy (Joey), Kerr (Will and Ken), Acteon (Jeff), PUR2O (Antonio), Kavo (Colleen), Marus (Rocky), Midmark (Bill), Gendex (Ken)…..to everyone who stayed beyond their 9-5 (6.30pm) to meet with us through out this process, we are extremely grateful. And to your understanding families who put up with your schedule.
To long nights with Joey and James and to James, being ever so patient and level headed, words cannot express the depth of emotion my heart bears to you all.

I had the great pleasure to work with Vito and his team at tristate dental for buildout of my office. I had never done this before and had many concerns but vito had all the answers along the way from equipment purchase to hiring of the contractor for my construction. He has a full qualified team from equipment to IT and computer installation. What I was impressed most about was his geniune concern for my project and he was always there to answer my questions and concerns. He even personally came to check on the construction along the way. His IT department really handled everything well from wiring the site for the computer network to transferring software and equipment from my former office. Even after the office has been running for a few months,he and his company are there for me every step of the way. With new construction and equipment there always are some bumps along the way and whenever I had issues with my equipment his company would promptly dispatch their technicians to my office to fix the situation. Along the way I also have saved money purchasing supplies from tristate. The whole experience was very stressful but vito and tristate dental supported me thruout the process and stand by me even to this day while i am running my office. I cannot thank them more wholeheartedly and highly recommend tristate dental.
